The ₹5 is real, and it is all you pay for 14 days
It confirms your payment method and gives you a GST invoice. On day 14 your plan price is auto-debited. Cancel before then in Billing and nothing further is taken.
Auto-debit follows RBI rules, not ours
Your bank notifies you at least 24 hours before every debit, and you can cancel the mandate yourself at any time from your own banking app. Amounts over ₹15,000 cannot be auto-debited at all, so those plans are paid up front.
A failed payment does not delete anything
Your workspace keeps working for a grace period while we retry. If it does lapse, the workspace becomes read-only — you can still see and export every record — and one payment restores it exactly as it was.
Upgrade instantly, downgrade fairly
Upgrades take effect the moment payment clears. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you have already paid for, because you paid for it.
GST handled properly
Prices are shown excluding GST. Indian customers are charged 18% at checkout and get a compliant invoice for every single payment, including the first ₹5.
Your price does not move while you stay
If we raise a plan price, existing subscriptions keep the price they signed up at for as long as they stay on that plan and interval.

Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day trial. You can start on a monthly plan and cancel before it renews if it is not right for you — your data stays intact either way.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you have paid for.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your workspace keeps working for a 7-day grace period while we retry. You will get an email at each attempt, and nothing is deleted if the grace period lapses — access is restored the moment payment succeeds.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown excluding GST. Indian customers are charged 18% GST at checkout, and a GST-compliant invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly. Paying yearly saves roughly 20% against the monthly rate.
