Terms of service

These terms are between atomcrm.ai and the entity subscribing to the service. By creating a workspace or using the product, you accept them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for what the users you invite do inside your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, to breach any applicable telemarketing or data-protection law, to reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it without a written agreement.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from the people whose personal data you upload. A CRM makes contacting people easy; the lawfulness of doing so remains yours.

Fees are those shown at checkout, excluding GST, which is added where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

If a renewal payment fails, your workspace continues to work for a seven-day grace period while we retry, and we email you at each attempt.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

You retain all rights to the data you put into the service. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time.

If your subscription ends, we retain it for 90 days and then delete it. We will not hold your data hostage over a billing dispute.

We target 99.9% monthly availability and publish incidents as they happen. Planned maintenance is notified in advance and scheduled outside Indian business hours wherever possible. Enterprise agreements may carry a specific SLA with service credits.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, for non-payment after the grace period, or for unlawful use — with notice, except where the breach makes immediate action necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
