Grouped by the job it does rather than by the module it lives in, which is the order these docs follow too.

Billing in the settings workspace.

Your plan

Shows your current plan, billing period, renewal date and usage against each limit.

Usage is live. If you are approaching a limit you will see it here before you hit it, and you will get an email at 80%.

Changing plan

Upgrading

Takes effect immediately. You are charged the new plan's price for a fresh period starting today, and the higher limits apply at once.

Downgrading

Takes effect at the end of your current period. You keep what you have paid for.

Note
Check your usage before downgrading. If you have 40 users and downgrade to a plan including 15, the change is blocked until you are within the new limit — we would rather refuse the downgrade than deactivate 25 people's accounts on renewal day.

Billing periods

Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Paying yearly saves roughly 20% against the monthly rate.

Changing period takes effect at the next renewal.

Invoices

Every payment generates a GST-compliant invoice, available to download from Billing → Invoices at any time.

Set your GSTIN in Billing → Billing details so it appears on the invoice. You can add it after a payment and reissue.

When a payment fails

Your workspace keeps working for a seven-day grace period while we retry. You get an email at each attempt.

Nothing is deleted when the grace period ends — the workspace is suspended, and everything is restored the moment payment succeeds. A lapsed card should not cost you your data, and it does not.

Cancelling

Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

After that, your data is retained for 90 days so you can export it or come back. Then it is deleted.

You can withdraw a cancellation at any time before the period ends.

Refunds

First-time subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.

Payment methods

Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. Card details never reach our servers.

Changing who is billed

Billing → Billing details sets the company name, address, GSTIN and the email invoices go to. The billing email does not have to be a user of the workspace — most finance teams are not.
