Reports and dashboards
The standard reports, the builder, saved views and scheduled delivery.
Analytics in the Reports workspace.
The analytics home
Opens with three things:
- A business health score with its full working — every component, its weight, and a plain-English reason
- What changed — statistically detected movements worth knowing about
- The report catalogue
The health score is deliberately openable. A composite number with no route to its components is one people learn to distrust and then ignore.
Standard reports
| Report | Answers |
|---|---|
| Executive summary | How is the business doing overall |
| Lead performance | Where demand comes from and what happens to it |
| Conversion & funnel | Where leads stop |
| Source & channel ROI | Which channels are worth the money |
| Telecalling | Volume, connect rate, talk time |
| Follow-ups | Whether commitments are being kept |
| Appointments | Booked versus attended |
| Messaging | Delivery, reads, replies |
| Revenue | What closed and what produced it |
| Pipeline health | What is open and what it is worth |
| Productivity | Observed working time and output |
Every one supports a date range, a comparison period, and a grain (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Drilling down
Every KPI tile and every chart opens into the metric behind it, where you can cut it by source, agent, team or day, and see a projection.
This is the point of the whole reporting layer: a number that moved is not actionable until you can see *what* moved inside it.
The report builder
Reports → Report Builder. Pick a dataset, choose columns, add filters and grouping, save it.
The builder works over a closed set of datasets rather than raw tables. That is a deliberate limit: it means a saved report cannot break when the schema changes, and it cannot be used to read data your role is not scoped to.
Dashboards
Dashboards. Assemble widgets — KPI tiles, charts, tables, leaderboards — into a layout for a particular role.
Set one as your default and it becomes what you see on the home screen.
A useful pattern is one dashboard per role: a telecaller dashboard showing their own queue and adherence, a manager dashboard showing their team's distribution, an owner dashboard showing revenue and channel ROI.
Scheduled delivery
Any saved report can be emailed on a schedule — daily, weekly or monthly, to a list of addresses.
reports.export, not just reports.view. Emailing rows to arbitrary addresses is the same act as exporting them by hand, and it is gated the same way.Schedules run in your workspace timezone, so "weekly on Monday at 8am" means 8am where you are.
Exporting
CSV from every report, and PDF from dashboards. Both are recorded in the audit trail with who exported what and when.
